Return Policy

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order at any stage of completion by calling us at 24670 22700 or via email at Depending on the progress of the order, we will inform you about the options you have. Depending on the payment method you have chosen during your order, you will be refunded accordingly. Cash on delivery you must provide us with a bank account to which you are eligible to proceed with credit within 15 working days.
If the customer cancels the order when the products are in the carrier he is obliged to pay the shipping costs (shipping to the customer and return to the company).

Delivery / Shipping costs / Ownership / Risk

The products can be sent to you anywhere within the Greek Territory. The products will be sent to you at the place you have indicated to us in the Order Form with courier service. Shipments will be made daily, except Sundays and holidays.
If the parcel is sent cash on delivery there is an additional charge of 2.50€.
Delivery time is set at approximately 2 to 4 working days depending on the destination. Our company will make every effort to send you the products within the working days listed.

Withdrawal / Product Returns / Warranty

With every purchase of leather or fur clothing you get the opportunity to change! Within two (2) days and without any charge of your own you can request a change of size! The shipment of the product to our company will be made after informing us by phone at 24670-22700 or by mail at and only through ELTA COURIER. The packaging of the product on return must be such as to ensure its safe transport and in a volume similar to the one sent to you. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging along with all the accompanying items in the package and proof of purchase. Also any labels that accompany the product must be present. The possibility of change is provided for one and only time. In case a product needs to be replaced for the 2nd time, the courier costs are borne by the customer.
In case of return of your products there is no refund, but their replacement or replacement with another product of equal value if it has been sold out. The return and shipping costs of the new one are borne by the customer and not the company.

Returns are accepted provided:

- You contacted the ZISIS headquarters the same day or the next business day stating the date / number of the shipment document as well as the reason for the return.
- The products are in the same condition in which you received them, ie they have not been unsealed or their packaging has been violated.
- The product is accompanied by a photocopy of the retail receipt or delivery note if it concerns an invoice.

If you find a problem with the content of the order or a malfunction was found in the goods, the return costs are borne by the company, if the goods are returned within 5 days from the date of receipt.
If a product turns out to be defective and the wear is normal (from the production) you return it at the expense of our company. Returns from abroad will be made by regular mail and we will refund your costs when we receive the product. The defective product is repaired accordingly or replaced and you return it back to the customer again at the expense of our company. In case of non-replacement you get another product of the same value. To accept a return for repair / replacement the wear must not be from product misuse. If we find that the damage is due to misuse by the individual, the product is returned to the customer in the same condition as we received it and the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Orders from abroad:
In shipments abroad there are charges of € 12 to € 19 depending on the country of receipt which appear in the ordering process of the products. Ownership of the Product is transferred after full payment while the risk is transferred upon delivery. The goods travel on behalf of the customer.
